A lot of kittiwakes (Black-legged kittiwake – Rissa tridactyla) nesting on the houses. From my trip this summer to Lofoten and Vesterålen.

Beautiful B & W
Beautiful shot. It reminds me of fishing villages in New England. I’m heading there in a few weeks. Hope I can catch an image as good as this one.
Nydelig bilde av Røst. Der har jeg aldri vært, men har ønsket å dra dit mange ganger, men kansje en dag får jeg det til.(eks-svigerinnen min bodde der i 8år, så da hadde jeg ekstra mulighet)

I’ve read on the Texas Birding Association site that they’ve been seen here in Coastal Texas…but I’ve yet to photograph one. Lucky you.
